Mobile Beverage Service
We are a mobile beverage service and event rental. We’re in it for the fun of it! Contact us for your next event whether it’s a graduation, wedding, birthday, retirement, anniversary, holiday, baby shower, wedding shower, etc. We’d love to be part of any event!
We offer two renting options:
Option 1. We can load up our trailer up with everything you need and pull up to your event with our southern hospitality ready to serve your guest drinks. We can create cute and unique beverage carts such as a Hot Cocoa Bar, Coffee Bar, Dirty Soda Bar, Italian Soda Bar, Ice Cream Float Cart, Smoothie Cart, and of course, an alcoholic bar experience for your guests...
Option 2. You can rent our trailer and enjoy the convenience and fun of doing your own bartending or simply use the trailer as a photo prop. We drop off the trailer at your event location, set it up, and clean up and pick up when your event is over.

Trailer only rental- $100 per hour
Includes insurance, delivery and pickup, set-up and clean-up and mileage up to 50 miles from Carthage, Mo. (2.00 per mile over 50 miles).
Our Story
Hey Ya’ll! I’m Kayla, humble owner of The Beverage Cart LLC. That’s my husband, Kevin, in the picture, and we’ve been a team for over 28 years. In that time, we have focused on impacting lives through the down to earth, God, Family, and Country values we were raised on.
As a child growing up in Oklahoma, I was taught what true southern hospitality is by my dad. He modeled it in every aspect of his life. My dad believed that everyone was welcome at our table and as an Arkansas native and a retired Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, my dad always made guests in our home feel welcome with a firm, country-boy handshake or a slap ya on your back hug and a “How have ya’ been?”
He also warmed their hearts and bellies with a made from scratch, homecooked southern meal and a prayer before sending them on their way; each person knowing they’d be welcome back anytime. Heck! That’s how Kevin was treated when he first met my dad and the rest is history.
With loving memories of my dad in mind, Kevin and I have built a small business that offers southern hospitality and vintage charm to every client and their guests mixed with the simple goodness we’ve found as we’ve lived, worked, and traveled throughout The Ozarks for over 25 years. The Beverage Cart LLC is a beverage and event rental service dedicated to making your event special and having fun while we’re at it.

Can you provide alcohol?
What happens if the weather makes using the trailer too difficult?
We cannot change dates due to inclement weather, but we do provide a stand alone bar that will fit in most venues. Our trailer can also be parked under a tent or inside some buildings. Anywhere you can drive a small RV, our rig will also fit.
What is your payment and refund policy?
The Beverage Cart LLC. requires a 50% payment to confirm and book your desired dates. Your date is booked and confirmed once our signed and dated contract with deposit is received. The remainder of the payment is due 14 days prior to your event. Inside 14 days your event is non-refundable.

Who decorates the bar?
We love to decorate for fun themed events! We are also happy to let you, or your event planner, customize this so that your event is YOUR style. We have many complimentary accessories that you may choose from including white or holiday market lights, chalkboards, signage, foliage, and more. We are always adding to our decorations to add that special vintage charm to your event.
What about insurance?
We are fully insured with general and liquor liability insurance. Our rig is fully insured as well. Contact us if your venue needs more specifics, but we are also happy to contact your venue and work with them too.
What does the trailer require for electrical power?
We need at least one standard 120 volt 15 amp outlet within 100 feet of the trailer. Low noise generators are available for a small additional fee if we are serving in a location away from electricity.
